From the discovery call, the Alquimia Process™ begins. Each participant goes through a screening to ensure that this process serves their benefit and does not pose a risk to their physical or mental health. Conditions are tailored in the space and with the team to be optimal for their personal development during their stay. Once participation is confirmed, each participant receives a digital package to begin their introspection and preparation work, and we conduct two to three video calls before their arrival to address any questions or concerns they may have. Upon arrival, for fourteen days, each participant navigates their own path within the structure we provide. No two people are alike, and each one discovers their own inner guidance with our support. From the first night with the lighting of the sacred fire that accompanies us until the last day, there are talks, individual and group exercises, interwoven with three ceremonies in the first nine days, followed by a "day 0" to integrate the first part of the process. This is followed by 4 days of process with an individual medicine session, its integration, and the closing of the complete experience. Almost every day we start with Kinam (guided sessions of a combination of yoga and Nahuáltic movement), and the process itinerary includes Temazcal, a walk to the waterfall, Soundhealing, Ecstatic Dance, Conscious Nutrition, and individual body and energy therapy. At the conclusion of their stay, each participant is assigned an integration coach for four 45-minute video call sessions and materials to continue the process in their everyday lives.
